Lost or Stolen Packages, Package Insurance, Incorrect Addresses

-If you provided an email address or opted to receive texts your shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be provided to either or both of those forms of communication.

-We see the same info as you when viewing the tracking.

-We cannot control what happens to the package once it leaves our hands. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO SELECT ROUTE PACKAGE INSURANCE AT CHECKOUT. We offer Route Package Insurance at checkout for a very small fee. This protects your package from damage, theft, etc. So, if you have sheisty neighbors or a sketch USPS driver we strongly recommend this option! Just toggle the “route package insurance” to “on” at checkout. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE PACKAGE REIMBURSEMENT SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN TO YOUR PACKAGE. We do not reimburse for loss, damage or theft if route is not selected.

-All of our shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to report an issue and/or file a claim. We are not responsible for packages where tracking information shows delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims.

-It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If we receive your package, we will attempt to contact you for your correct address. Shipping charges will apply.
