Unwashed, unworn merchandise with tags attached may be returned for a STORE CREDIT if post marked within 14 days from the date that you received it (according to your tracking number). They must be free of odors, make up and pet hair to receive the credit. A partial credit will be issued if the returned items do not meet these qualifications. To request a free return shipping label, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and items you would like to return. Attach the free shipping return label to your package and drop at any USPS location. When mailing your return, please make sure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a store credit (minus shipping if paid) will be issued within 5–10 business days.
Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box intact + unaltered, the shoe box cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoe box will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued.
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not do exchanges. If you are wanting to exchange an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return.
We do not currently offer returns for international shipments. If ordering internationally please email email@example.com for info on shipping rates. Free shipping over $50 does not apply to international orders.
