Return Policy

We are here to serve you and make sure you love your purchases! If something does not work, we are more than happy to help!

 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days since receiving your order(according to tracking info.)If 14 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit. Returns will be processed as a STORE CREDIT.  Your credit will be in the amount paid including tax (minus original shipping if paid.) Items must be returned within the 14 day time period.

Because of our frequently changing inventory we do not offer exchanges. It is recommended that you reorder your items in the correct size/color. Once your previous order is received according to policy you will then receive a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Earrings, Fashion masks and swimwear are exempt.

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, please email paytonpiperboutique@gmail.com with your order number and items to be returned. A free return label will be emailed to you
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with your store credit within 7 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes flash sales, anything listed under the sale tab and final few Friday items.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Because of our frequently changing inventory we do not offer exchanges. It is recommended that you reorder your items in the correct size/color. Once your previous order is received according to policy you will then receive a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at PAYTONPIPERBOUTIQUE@GMAIL.COM with a picture of defective items.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

Shipping 
We are happy to offer free returns! Please email paytonpiperboutique@gmail.com with your order number and items to be returned for your free return label. 

 Attach the free shipping return label to your package and drop at any USPS location. When mailing your return, please make sure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a store credit (minus shipping if paid) will be issued within 7 business days.

We are not responsible for lost packages once shipped with a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied.

International Shipping                                                                                         We do not currently offer returns for international shipments. If ordering internationally please email paytonpiperboutique@gmail.com for info on shipping rates. Free shipping over $50 does not apply to international orders.
