Seel Return Assurance

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the  Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy  here.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

Standard Returns Policy

Items under the “Sale” tab, Black Friday/Cyber Monday items, Final Few Friday items, $10 Tuesday items, Final Sale and Flash Sale items are NOT eligible for returns, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

Items 30% off or more are NOT eligible for returns, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

Returns are processed as a  STORE CREDIT,  unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy.  You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process here.  You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.Seel only provides refunds to the original form of payment and does not provide returns for exchange or store credit.

Items need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If an item, including an exchanged item, is received after the 30 day policy, or we find signs of wear, your return will not be accepted. We will contact you and should you choose to have your items shipped back, you will be invoiced for shipping charges. After three contact attempts are made and 45 days pass, your return will be donated.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to use our prepaid shipping label, the amount will be deducted from your return. We do not refund shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. Shoes MUST BE packaged in a protective box or bag. Do not attach your label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked “return to sender.”

During the return process if an item is ineligible for a return the portal will not allow the item to be selected. These would include items past 30 days or final sale, etc.

Ineligible items included in the return of eligible items will not be accepted.

Store credits do not expire.

Items Not Eligible For Return

Sale items 30% off or more, flash sale items, final few, $10 Tuesday, items under the “sale” tab, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

Gift Cards

Downloadable Software Products

Opened makeup, tanner, health or personal care items.

Masks, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

Swimwear bottoms with the protective liner removed or altered in any way

Items with pet hair or smelling of perfumes or other obvious use.

Items that you are wearing in your social media pictures😊



Simply re order in your correct size. Once we receive your original item, we will refund your original payment method. The 30 day time frame applies.

For inventory tracking purposes we do need your exchange to be re ordered.


Defective Items

We are so sorry that happened!

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item  within 5 days of delivery so we can get that taken care of ASAP!


Price Adjustments

Due to limited quantities, we cannot offer price adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order within 24 hours please email

Orders that have been processed or marked shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment minus credit card/paypal/sezzle etc. processing fees.
