RETURNS:
- Final sale, Flash sale, Final Few Friday are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- All items with a discount or coupon of 30% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card.
- Gift Cards do not expire.
- Orders placed with an issued gift card from a previous return are final sale.
- WE DO NOT CANCEL OR REFUND ORDERS MARKED AS HIGH FRAUD RISK. YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION WILL ALSO BE REPORTED.
Please email support@paytonpiperboutique.com to initiate your return. A return shipping label will be sent to your email on file. We do not offer free returns at this time. Shipping labels will be deducted from gift card.
- Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.
- Returns must be received to us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your return once we receive it.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. We do offer Route package protection at checkout.

EXCHANGES:
- Exchanges can be for the same item, in different size or color.

Please purchase the new item(s) on the website, and email support@paytonpiperboutique.com so we can send you a free return shipping label.

Once your original item is received back to us, your original payment method will be refunded.

DEFECTS OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: support@paytonpiperboutique.com
- All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window. Please include photos of the defect.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
CANCELLATIONS:

To cancel an order email support@paytonpiperboutique.com within 12 hours of the order being placed. Your order will be refunded minus the processing fees incurred with the order.

Cancellations will only be completed during our customer service hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM PST)

Cancellation requests received after the 12 hour window, or outside customer service hours (this includes weekends), cannot be guaranteed and may still ship out per our shipping guidelines.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
- Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable addresses.
- Please contact customer service at support@paytonpiperboutique.com if you realize the incorrect address was input. We will try our best to get that updated before the order is processed! If the order has processed and/or shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make that change.
