-All U.S. orders over $75 ship FREE!

-Orders are processed and shipped out within 72 hours Monday through Friday.

-Packages under one pound ship via USPS first class generally will arrive within 5-7 days of receiving shipping notification.

-Packages one pound and over ship via USPS priority mail or UPS and generally will arrive within 2-3 days of receiving shipping notification.

 

Pre-Orders:

The estimated ship date will be listed on the Pre-Order Item listing. These are estimates and subject to change. If it does change, we will let you know! Please notice, if you order a Pre-Order Item and other items, your FULL order will not ship until the Pre-Order Item is in stock.

Once they leave our hands with valid tracking information all claims need to be taken to UPS or USPS. We strongly suggest electing to select our Route shipping insurance option at checkout.*

Damaged/Defective Items:

Please email us atsupport@paytonpiperboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 5 days of delivery so we can get that taken care of for you ASAP! 

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Exchanges: Simply re order your exchange item in the correct size/color in a new order (to ensure it does not sell out!) Send your unwanted item back within 30 days. All unwanted items must be received within the 30-day window, no exceptions will be made. When we receive your original item(s), we will refund your original payment method.

 

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a store credit. If an item, including an exchanged item, is received after the 30-day policy, or we find signs of wear the item will not be accepted. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. The cost for your shipping label will be deducted from your final credit amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Returns:

-The following sale items cannot be returned:

-Sale items 30% off or more, including flash sales of 30% or more,

-Items listed under the Sale Tab

-Final Few Friday items, $10 Tuesday etc.

-Gift cards

-Downloadable software products

-Some health and personal care items

-Opened makeup and self-tanner

- Swimwear with the protective lining removed

- Masks

 

 

SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

- Please click here to start your return using our Return Portal System.

- A return label will be emailed to you. The label will be deducted from the return amount.

- When mailing your return, please make sure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. 

- Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn, and unused, a store credit (minus shipping, if paid) will be issued within 7 business days via email.

NOTE:  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

We are not responsible for lost packages once shipped with a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied.

SALES

Only regular priced items or flash sale items less than 30% off may be returned.

The following sale items cannot be returned.

- Items listed under the Sale/Warehouse Sale tab

- Final Few Friday items, $10 Tuesday etc.

 

International Shipping rates to Canada are as followed:

-$18 flat rate shipping on orders under 1lb

-$22 flat rate shipping on orders 1lb or more.

-Orders over $150 ship free regardless of weight.
