Shipping, Returns & Frequently Asked Questions

-Items under the “Sale” tab, Black Friday/Cyber Monday items, Final Few Friday items, $10 Tuesday items, Final Sale and Flash Sale items are NOT eligible for returns.

-Items 30% off or more are NOT eligible for returns.

-Returns are processed as a STORE CREDIT.

-Items need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.

-If an item, including an exchanged item, is received after the 30 day policy, or we find signs of wear, your return will not be accepted. We will contact you and should you choose to have your items shipped back, you will be invoiced for shipping charges. After three contact attempts are made and 45 days pass, your return will be donated.

-We are not responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to use our prepaid shipping label, the amount will be deducted from your return. We do not refund original shipping charges.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. Shoes MUST BE packaged in a protective box or bag. Do not attach your label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked “return to sender.”

-Ineligible items included in the return of eligible items will not be accepted.

-Store credits do not expire.


Items Not Eligible For Return

-Sale items 30% off or more, flash sale items, final few, $10 Tuesday, items under the “sale” tab.

-Gift Cards

-Downloadable Software Products

-Opened makeup, tanner, health or personal care items.


-Swimwear bottoms with the protective liner removed or altered in any way

-Items with pet hair or smelling of perfumes or other obvious use.

-Items that you are wearing in your social media pictures😊



-Simply re order in your correct size. Once we receive your original item, we will refund your original payment method. The 30 day time frame applies.

-For inventory tracking purposes we do need your exchange to be re ordered.


-Orders $75 or more ship free!

-Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $5

-If you purchase a PreOrder item the estimated shipping date will be listed in the item description. These are only estimates and subject to change. If you choose to cancel your PreOrder a 3% restocking fee will apply as these items were ordered specifically for you.

-Please note if you order a PreOrder item with in stock items, your FULL order will not ship until the PreOrder item is in stock. Please place a separate order if you do not wish to wait. If you've already ordered and would like to separate your order, please send an email. Shipping rates apply.


-Packages under 1lb ship via USPS first class mail and generally arrive within 5-7 days of receiving shipping notification.

-Packages weighing 1lb or more ship via USPS Priority mail and generally arrive within 2-3 days of receiving shipping notification


International Shipping

-$20 flat rate shipping on orders under 1lb

-$30 flat rate shipping for orders over 1lb

-Orders over $250 ship free

*Customs duties, fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in our shipping charge. Please contact your country’s customs office with any questions before ordering.*


Incorrect Addresses, Lost Or Stolen Packages, Package Insurance.

-If you provided an email address or opted to receive texts your shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be provided to either or both of those forms of communication.

-We see the same info as you when viewing the tracking.

-We cannot control what happens to the package once it leaves our hands. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO SELECT ROUTE PACKAGE INSURANCE AT CHECKOUT. We offer Route Package Insurance at checkout for a very small fee. This protects your package from damage, theft, etc. So, if you have sheisty neighbors or a sketch USPS driver we strongly recommend this option! Just toggle the “route package insurance” to “on” at checkout. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE PACKAGE REIMBURSEMENT SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN TO YOUR PACKAGE. We do not reimburse for loss, damage or theft if route is not selected.

-All of our shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to report an issue and/or file a claim. We are not responsible for packages where tracking information shows delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims.

-It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If we receive your package, we will attempt to contact you for your correct address. Shipping charges will apply.

-Please contact us at with your address change and we will do our best to get it fixed, however, if the order has already been shipped we are unable to make the change. 



Defective Items

Please email us at with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 5 days of delivery so we can get that taken care of ASAP!
