RETURNS
  • Please email support@paytonpiperboutique.com to initiate your return.
  • Returns will be refunded in the form of a digital Gift Card which does not expire.
  • Orders placed with an issued gift card from a previous return are final sale.
  • Return packages must be scanned by mail carrier within 30 days of delivery. Returns scanned after this timeframe, or that otherwise do not meet the criteria of our return policy, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted
  • Return packages scanned by mail carrier within the first 10 days of the delivery date qualify for Free Return Shipping
  • Returns scanned by mail carrier more than 10 days after the delivery date will have a flat $6.95 label deduction from store credit
  • No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items, items 30% off or more, flash sale items, weekend deals, etc. 
  • Items returned with use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our return policy mentioned above will not be accepted
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached
  • Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packaged in a separate box, shipping mailer or polybag. Shoes cannot show any signs of wear, scuffs or markings upon return or else they will not be accepted
  • Beauty & Wellness products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal unbroken
  • Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. We do offer Route package protection at checkout.

EXCHANGES

  •  Online exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from delivery of the item

  • Online exchanges are limited to exchanges for the same item in a different size and/or color.

  • Items paid for with a store credit are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Please purchase the new item(s) on the website, and email support@paytonpiperboutique.com so we can send you a free return shipping label. 
  • Once your original item is received back to us, your original payment method will be refunded.
    DAMAGES
      • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: support@paytonpiperboutique.com
      • All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window. Please include photos of the defect.
      • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
      • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

      EXCESSIVE RETURN POLICY

      •  We reserves the right to limit or refuse service to customers that show excessive return activity, which is defined as: i) $3,000 of returns in a 12-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more or (ii) $1,500 of returns in a 6-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more.  Return rate is calculated as the dollar amount of returns over the relevant period divided by the dollar amount of purchases over the same period. Customers that fall within the above criteria will be subject to a modified return policy, which may include but is not limited to, ineligibility for free returns, returns to store credit only, refusal of orders, and disqualification or pause of our loyalty program benefits.
